Change my password

You can change your password from you Adviser Portal by following the instructions below:

  1. Login to your portal

  2. Click into 'Settings'
    Click your small profile avatar in the top right hand side of your dashboard and select 'Settings'



  3. Click into 'Security' and 'Change password'

    SECURITY  CHANGE PASSWORD
  4. Type the email you login with and click 'Send recovery code'



    Note:
    For advisers who set up their login with a mobile number as username, be sure to click 'Use a mobile' to enter your number, then click 'Send recovery code'

  5. Open the email sent to your inbox (be sure to check junk folder)



  6. - Copy the recovery code from your email
    - Add a new password of at least 8 characters and include a capital, number and symbol
    - Confirm new password
    - Click 'Reset Password'


Success! You can stay logged in to your Portal and next time you will login with your newly changed password.
