Adviser Ratings offers advisers a unique opportunity to connect with potential new clients through a free leads service, enabling consumers to reach out directly and advisers to receive valuable leads at no cost.

How Leads Are Submitted

Potential new clients search for advisers, then can connect with you via the Get in Touch button on your profile. When consumers use this button, we can track leads and gather valuable information about each prospective client.

When a consumer clicks the Get in Touch button on your profile and fills out the contact form. This form requests the consumer’s name, phone number, email, areas of advice sought, and even the amount of investable assets, providing you with detailed information on prospective clients.

When a consumer completes this form, Adviser Ratings is notified, allowing us to track and moderate leads before they reach you. This system ensures that each lead is genuine, as our team manually reviews all submissions.

Benefits of Using the Get in Touch Form

The Get in Touch form not only facilitates lead tracking but also enables our team to screen and moderate all potential new client leads. This process typically occurs daily, ensuring that you receive only legitimate and high-quality leads. Our manual moderation process helps eliminate spam, providing you with more reliable connections.

Once our team approves the lead, it will be sent to your username email you have elected with the subject line:

{Your Name} at Adviser Ratings has a potential new client

Due to this moderation, there may be a slight delay between a consumer’s submission and when you receive the lead notification.


Direct Contact vs. Contact Form

If you choose to make your contact details visible on your profile, consumers can reach out to you directly. This increases your visibility and accessibility but may reduce the use of the Get in Touch button and contact form, meaning you will not receive moderated leads generated by the Get in Touch form or details for those leads.

It’s worth noting that for every lead received through the contact form, we estimate that about four additional potential clients are reaching out directly based on the visibility and trust your Adviser Ratings profile provides. Consumers often use Adviser Ratings to validate and learn about advisers like you before reaching out, whether through our system or directly.
