🤝 Our Commitment to Fairness
We take adviser concerns seriously. While we do not remove verified reviews solely because they are negative, we are committed to ensuring that all reviews are:

Relevant to a real client experience
-
Published in accordance with community standards and ACCC guidelines
As a publisher of consumer opinions, we play a neutral role—our aim is to support transparency and accuracy in financial advice. While we help ensure fairness, we do not act as a legal or dispute resolution body.
