Our updated portal now allows your clients to review you once every 12 months. These are known as lapsed reviews.
After a client review is 12 months old, our system will automatically label the review will as 'Lapsed Review.'
A lapsed review always remains visible on your profile. This label simply means that this 'lapsed review' is up for re-review.
You can find instructions on how to invite and re-invite clients to review here.
If your client re-reviews you (either you send them an invite from your Adviser Portal OR that same client reviews you again, directly from the website), this lapsed review then sits below the previous review on the website. This allows consumers to view all the previous reviews made by this client, and will see the continued positive feedback over time.
Client reviews are uniquely identified in our system using the reviewer's email address.
Advisers are now using this function as a permanent client feedback monitoring tool and inviting their clients to re-review them after each yearly catch-up.
